1)Install MSdict_xx_file.sis ....means the language files that i posted late !!to your Phone
2)Install msdict_2.70.sis to your Phone
3)Copy the folder resource to your Memory Card(E://...)
4)Install OxfordEnglish.sis to your Phone
5)Run MSDict the apps
6)Enjoy
